• You can update photos and make unlimited amendments
• We can provide you with the Tenancy Agreement
• We match suitably registered tenants with your property
• We administer all interest in your property, including arranging viewings with prospective tenants
• We negotiate all offers between tenant and landlord
• We provide on-going support from our experienced advisors

Pack 2 – Find a Tenant - Plus £70.00

• You can update photos and make unlimited amendments
• We can provide you with the Tenancy Agreement

• Full referencing for up to 2 tenants (includes referencing from previous landlord, current employer and credit checks)

Pack 3 – Full Managed Service - from 6%

Protea Property Services offer a Fully Managed Service which is available throughout London and Hertfordshire for just 6% of your yearly rental income*.

This Service includes the following:

• Valuation Report
• Provision of Tenancy Agreement
• Matching suitably registered tenants with your property
• Monthly rent collection via standing order
• Invoice to landlord with the deduction of Management Fee
• Full credit checking for up to two tenants
• Assisted viewings during normal office hours on request
• Initial handover
• On-going support from our experienced advisors
